Education Manager
Greater Salt Lake City Area
Anne Terry is Education Manager at Tracy Aviary. At the C&NN Leadership Summit, Anne is interested in exploring how to create sustainable networks that include city government. In 2014-2015, she was part of an effort to collaborate across Salt Lake City government departments and non-profits to ensure that all community members had the opportunity to become environmentally literate. Unfortunately, that effort was spearheaded by the Office of the Mayor, and when a new mayor was elected, the initiative was not continued.

Anne got her start in environmental education by volunteering at a zoo in Texas at the age of thirteen and quickly realized it was the field for her. She has a B.S. in Biology from the University of Texas and completed the UTeach Natural Sciences program. She loves bike commuting and birding.
